Introduction to Using Words to Stop Words - Weeks 13 - 16
1 Lesson -
This is the first half of a year's course on meditation. It's suited to those new to meditation and those who wish to return to it. It guides you day by day, week by week into yourself. Starting with observing yourself and others the desire to judge and compare is encountered. Then we move into the training phase of the course where a wide variety of anchors are offered and you practise placing your awareness, your attention on each in turn. And without judgement or entanglement. This process is crucial for the remainder of the course as it moves into using guided visualisations to look at who you are and what you feel is important to you. The second part of the course will be available soon. An email will be sent each week informing you that the week is available to access and it will also have a gentle "nudge" - a short piece of writing to encourage you to keep going and to prompt you into an increasing depth of reflection.
