Nigel Lowson

Course Instructor

Nigel has a total of 36 years’ experience working in UK schools with half this time in charge of pastoral care. He now teaches individuals and groups how to relax, to be more mindful, to meditate, to sleep better, and to seize the lessons offered by life. He's also an experienced governor of a group of 15 schools,  gives talks, works with small groups online and on retreats, but also enjoys working one-to-one with people. His Amazon page lists his current books which include "How to achieve stress-free GCSE revision", "Why Things Happen" and "What is Meditation?"
He is blessed to live in south Devon with his wife, Gilly.
